Practised Wu style Tai Chi (started Tai Chi 1978 Yang Style switched 1985 to Wu Style)

Attained certificate in 1994 to teach Push Hands from Sifu John Lee president of the Canadian Chinese Kuo Shu (Martial) Arts) Federation
